We’re looking for an incredible Growth Manager to join our brilliant crew and help us maintain and grow our exceptional portfolio of lifestyle brands by providing a best in class service for design, development and digital marketing.


Requirements

This position is not for the faint hearted. We’re growing and we need someone on board who can maintain a high standard across our portfolio of retainer and paid ads clients by delivering an out of this world customer experience and consistently refining our services.


You will be responsible for maintaining an excellent level of customer satisfaction across your team’s portfolio. 


  • At least 2 years of experience as an Account Manager in ecommerce or digital marketing 
  • Experience with Shopify, or knowledge of the platform, will be considered beneficial
  • Knowledge of Project Management Tools, such as Breeze, Basecamp, Jira or similar
  • An understanding of the digital marketing channel mix and how each marketing tactic contributes to revenue generation
  • The ability to think both short term and long term to devise ecommerce growth strategies for our clients
  • Exceptional communication skills, to be demonstrated internally and externally
  • The ability to multi-task and manage multiple client accounts, management responsibilities and deliver clear reporting and updates
  • Working knowledge of industry trends, user experience and best practices
  • A genuine interest in ecommerce and digital marketing
  • Experience in keeping and maintaining documentation pertaining to client work, projects and internal processes
